“20 years ago we embarked on a mission help solve a farming challenge and create a delicious, luxurious spirit from our Island’s seasonal Jersey Royal Potato’s that aren’t quite perfect enough to be sold as Royal. Finally, we present you with our solution, a spirit as unique and special as the Island it comes from, something we can all be proud of, Fluke Jersey Royal Potato Vodka.” 

Our vodka proudly only uses the commercially non-viable potatoes from each year's harvest. We then add köji and champagne yeast before distilling. Finished with a pinch of Jersey Sea Salt to emphasise the potato's authentic flavours. 

Bottled in 100% post consumer recycled glass, our ultra luxurious vodka is unique, varies with each season, hides nothing, embraces the inimitable potato it is made from and showcases the incredible people that grew them.  

Fluke is the perfect pairing to a freshly shucked Jersey Oyster or simply enjoyed with tonic and a sprig of fresh mint.
