Founded by Sarah Gaudion in Gorey coast road, this eco-distillery crafts small-batch, hand-poured gin and limoncello using locally sourced botanicals. Alongside our award-winning gins, we offer a coffee shop serving fresh breads and pastries and a selection of gifts from local artists and producers.
