Wonton Soup - Delicate wonton dumplings in a clear, aromatic chicken broth with spring onions and Chinese greens 

Chicken Skewer - Grilled chicken in soy sauce, sesame seed oil and light salad garnish

Crab Cakes - Golden-fried crab cakes with fresh herbs and hint of lemon, served with a fennel salad and dressing 

Beef Tataki - Lightly seared sirloin with Asian dressing, red chili and spring onion

MAIN COURSES 

Roast Turkey Ballotine - Stuffed with sausage, cranberry, apple & rosemary, wrapped in bacon, served with roast potatoes, pigs in blankets, seasonal roasted vegetables, gravy & cranberry sauce 

Salmon Fillet - Served with cabbage mash, asparagus and cherry tomatoes fondue sauce 

Lamb Shank - Served with cabbage mash, red wine sauce and roasted vegetables
