Founded by chef-owner Joe Baker and wife Charlotte, Pêtchi is a wood-fired grill restaurant & wine bar inspired by the seascapes of the Channel Islands with a nod towards the Basque Country. It’s all about the heady joy of a good meal that draws on our reverence for the produce of our land & sea. Pêtchi - a Jèrriais word meaning 'to try to catch a fish' - is about the pursuit of perfect produce and local bounty. Served in a fun, relaxed atmosphere that centres around an open kitchen with custom elevation grill & wood-fired oven, Pêtchi offers a mo
